Your ESITO pre-registration and abstract submission are going to be cancelled if the Hotel has not confirmed your reservation.
Please note that, due to the global financial crisis, sponsorships are insufficient to cover all costs this year. Therefore, you will be charged of 60 EUR (VAT included) registration fee to be payed at your arrival to the Hotel.
We apologize for bothering those of you who have already made regular Hotel reservations.

Reservation has to be performed by sending the Accommodation Form to the Hotel: info@hotel-cormoran.com. Your reservation will not be confirmed until receipt of the down payment: copy of check/bank transfer or the credit card authorisation paragraph completely filled in.

Rates, Full Board: Breakfast buffet; Lunch and Dinner with mineral water and wine; Coffee Breaks; Banquet Dinner.
The Hotel Cormoran kindly offers the Welcome Cocktail to participants and accompanying people.
Social events should also include a boat excursion along the coast, with a stop for lunch. It will take place only if enough participants request it.
The cost will be 40-50 € approximately. Please, book using the Accommodation Form.
